Management summary

ITMS (IT Ticket & Asset Management) — SAPL's internal system for IT tickets and infrastructure asset tracking. Prototype is live at itms.ai-automation-hub.tech (built Aug 2026, deployed same day).

What it does:

  • IT ticketing with SLA tracking for the Sapl org
  • Asset registry + CMDB (configuration items with dependency edges — e.g. switch → servers impact analysis)
  • When a network device fails, ITMS shows which servers/tickets are impacted

Status:

  • ✅ Stack: Rust axum + PostgreSQL 18 backend, React 19 + Tailwind v4 PWA
  • ✅ 10-label build board, 4 milestones, 17 planned issues tracked in Gitea
  • ✅ Seed data: 4 users, 10 assets, 5 tickets, 4 CI edges
  • ✅ CI/CD auto-deploy on push to main

Next up:

  • Onboard real SAPL IT users (Santosh, Vishal) — replace seed data
  • Map real SAPL IT assets into the CMDB
  • Calendar sync for ticket deadlines (pattern exists in SAPL repo)
  • Buyer/vendor-style reporting for management
