Email data schema definition · Gmail API ingestion for authorized mailboxes (with consent) · parsing structured entities (buyer names, lot numbers, dates, prices, action items) · privacy guardrails + PII anonymization.

Dev tracker: sapl/sapl#353 (Phase 1). Part of Goal: Data & Search Foundation.

This is the immediate build phase — ingestion comes first, and per the Email Warehouse sequencing the warehouse pays for itself as agent infrastructure (RAG) right after this phase.
